Contingent Fee Service - No Collection, No Fee!

We use a variety of methods to contact the party responsible for resolving your delinquent balance. Typically, we send out an initial letter on your behalf. If the account contacts you and resolves the balance before the Free Demand date expires, no fee is charged.

We also offer detailed updates on the status of your active accounts.

Monthly Status Report

You get a status report on the first working day of the month with a brief summary of our collection efforts. Reports can be customized to fit your specific needs and emailed to you. Data from individual placers can be combined into one account for management-level review.

Portfolio and Placement Status Reports

These reports provide a summary of all accounts placed with Atradius Collections. They can be customized to cover every account placed or accounts placed during a specified time period.

We offer competitive rate packages for both domestic and international collections. Rates are based on the volume of accounts placed and the dollar amount of claims.
