Fees and costs

Below you will find the tariffs applicable as per 1 may 2003 for medium-term insurance of Atradius Dutch State Business NV.

Fees are the amounts that are charged by Atradius for the issuing of promises and advice of cover. Costs are charged for the administration and for changes in the policy, or the issue of an endorsement.

Information costs for the handling of the application

Within Europe : EUR 54

Outside of Europe : EUR 120

Fees for Promises of Cover

Fee: 0.05% of the maximum compensation (min. EUR 150 and max. EUR 1,500).

Fee: financier*: 0.025% of the maximum compensation (min. EUR 150 and max. EUR 750).

Extension costs: 25% of the fee for an advise cover (min. EUR 150)

*Applicable only if the exporter has been issued a promise of cover. Otherwise the normal tariff is applicable.

Policy costs

Policy based on application: 0.5% of the max. compensation (min. EUR 150 and max. EUR 3000).

Policy based on promise of cover: 0.5% of the max. compensation (min. EUR 150 and max. EUR 3000).

Policy based on promise of cover ‘MTB bank Y’ , or,

based on application financier*: 0.25% of max. compensation (min. EUR 150 and max. EUR 1,500).

Policy Exchange Risk Firm Offer: EUR 136.

Policy insurance of Bonds: EUR 136.

*Applicable only when the exporter has been issued a promise of cover as well. Otherwise the normal tariff is applicable.

Investment Insurance

Handling costs of the investment insurance application: 0.1% of the amount to be invested (min. EUR 450 and max. EUR 4,500).

Costs extension of the promise of cover: 25% of handling costs (min. EUR 150 and max. EUR 450).

Project Finance Insurance

Handling costs of an application : 0.1% of the maximum compensation (max. EUR 11,344).

Costs in case of a premium Refund

Costs premium refund : 10% of the premium to be refunded (min. EUR 120 and max. EUR 2,400).
