Policy Conditions

Enclosed you will find a survey of the general conditions that are used by Atradius Dutch State Business per 1 January 2004.

On all promises of cover that are issued by Atradius Dutch State Business NV per 1 January 2004 (extensions included) and the policies, new general conditions apply. Policies that have been issued based on a promise of cover with the former general conditions will retain these conditions.
