Should you wish to use one of the application forms and send it to us by email, we kindly request you to send us a duly signed copy by post as well. The officer who is to sign the application form, must have the authority to commit the applicant, for at least the amounts within the range of the amount of the transaction to be insured.

If the application form has not been filled in accurately or is incomplete, this can lead to unnecessary delay in the handling of the application and could lead to nullification of promise of cover, the cover advise or the insurance agreement.
