Filling the gap

Your credit management department might occasionally need a temporary replacement. You may need someone to fill the gap, when an employee is temporarily unavailable through short or long-term illness, compassionate or parental leave. If you do not want to lose the employee in question, it may be necessary to fill that post whilst keeping the job open for as long as six months or more. Alternatively, there may be a seasonal requirement to get extra help in the credit management department.
